We held another successful house music classic concert on March 12th. Hosted by Conrad Brunner in his house in Queens Park, the evening raised just under £500 for encore and was a night to remember with a wonderful solo from flautist Anne Hodgson. Anne is part of Sussex Flutes and played with the BYO prior to studying at the Royal College of Music.
Thanks to the money raised that evening and donations from a number of supporters signing up for encore Overture and Concerto membership, we have now surpassed our target for encore’s first year of £10,000 raising a wonderful £12,500 for the BYO and other music groups managed by Music & Arts.
