Carousel’s Oska Bright Film Festival takes place in the Autumn Term 2017. As you may know, Carousel helps learning disabled artists develop and manage their creative lives, true to their voice and vision, challenging expectations of what great art is and who can create it. The Oska Bright Film Festival is the leading international festival of films made by, or featuring, people with learning disabilities. It is produced, managed and presented by a learning disabled team.
As part of the 2017 Festival, there will be an opportunity for schools to book a workshop with Carousel artists, attend a film screening and achieve Arts Award Discover.
