SoundCity takes part in The Great Escape
The Great Escape, one of Europe's largest festivals for emerging bands, took place recently in Brighton. More than 400 acts performed in Brighton & Hove over 3 days in 35 venues.
SoundCity worked with The Great Escape to provide a platform for 5 up and coming Brighton & Hove acts in the Komedia, drawing a very appreciative and good sized crowd. The line-up featured a varied range of musical genres and showcased some of the best emerging local talent in the area.
SoundCity also featured in the Q & A session on the Music Industry and Music Hubs Seminar, alongside the Arts Council, Music Managers and HR representatives from the industry. SoundCity looks forward to getting involved next year - TGE 2015
