The Great Escape 2015
SoundCity continued its successful partnership with Europe’s largest new music festival The Great Escape.
Celebrating it's 10th Anniversary, The Great Day Out provided a day of gigs for younger music fans and SoundCity featured 3 artists Klara Ketelarrs, Optical and Lily Rendle-Moore. Performances took place at the Komedia and Spigeltent and the event was headlined by award winning act Lawson.
The performers gained so much from having the opportunity to take part in such a prestigious festival. Lily Rendle-Moore said “I really enjoyed it, it was very scary but I loved it and gained two offers to play at festivals and two record label approaches which we are following up. I feel much more confident and got so so much out of it. Thank you for helping me :-)"
